With a very aggressive profile, the Raptor from Defcon epitomizes what a Karambit should be. The 2.83″ S35VN hawksbill blade has a  satin finish and a jimped thumb ramp to help with grip and bearing down when cutting. The handles are made from textured titanium and feature marbled carbon fiber inserts that are also heavily textured to provide an excellent grip in any circumstance. The ergonomics of the handles are not to be underestimated and the knife is comfortable to hold in any grip. The finger hole at the end of the handle allows for the standard grips you’d expect from a Karambit but has a pointed tip that can be used as a glass breaker. All in all, if you are a fan of Karambits’, you cannot go wrong picking up the Raptor from Defcon.
